Established
in 1988, Elliot Pishko Morgan, P.A. (EPM)
specializes in Workers' Compensation, Civil Practice
in State and Federal Courts, Negligence, Civil Rights,
Labor, Employment and Commercial Litigation.
EPM emphasizes the representation of
individuals and businesses in the resolution of civil
disputes through litigation and negotiation. The firm
endeavors to handle each matter with excellence,
integrity and zeal. Each of its attorneys has
extensive experience in state and federal courts, at

workers' compensation by the North Carolina State Bar
and currently serves as the Chair of the Workers'
Compensation Law Specialty Committee of the North
